Booking Terms and Conditions
- WHO
IS RESPONSIBLE: The person signing the booking form is assumed to have
full authority of all the persons on the booking form, and to have
accepted our terms & conditions on behalf of all the persons
named.
- HOLIDAY
PRICE: The prices are shown on the Francecarp price list and are
guaranteed from the date we receive your completed booking form and
deposit.
- RESERVATIONS:
Your fishing holiday will be reserved when we receive your completed
booking form and deposit .A confirmation will be sent to you showing
the date(s) reserved. The deposit paid and details of when and how to
pay the balance.
- DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost for drive & survive or
50% for the all inclusive package should be sent to FRANCECARP LTD, 9 Saddle
Back Close, Calne Wiltshire SN11 8HW. Deposit is non refundable on all
our packages.
- BALANCE
OF PAYMENT: To be paid six weeks prior to commencement of holiday. If
the balance is not received on time FRANCECARP reserves the right to
terminate the holiday forthwith and a booking charge of 25% will be
incurred. On receipt of your balance payment we will send you a
receipted invoice and details of how to get to the lake.
- REFUNDS
& CANCELLATIONS: All our packages do not offer any refund on
cancellation, however we will accept a replacement angler. Charges
will apply at the airlines current rate for any changes to the
flights. At our discretion and subject to availability we
may offer a transfer of dates
to an alternative time.
- MEALS
& EXTRAS: Meals are to be paid for on arrival, meals not taken or
cancelled will not be refunded, any snacks/drinks, boilies or pellets
etc purchased on site during your holiday should be paid for before
you leave. Payment in Euros only.
- INSURANCE:
You are strongly advised to take out a comprehensive travel insurance
policy covering medical and cancellation expenses plus personnel
belongings and accident cover as our own insurance does not
cover you.
- PASSPORTS:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your group or
family hold valid passports for travel within the European community.
- THE
LAW: Signature on the booking form constitutes a contract between you
and FRANCECARP and is accepted by both parties to be subject to
English law.
- FORCE
MAJURE: We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellation due to
the following: Fire, Storm, Flood, closure of Ports / airports,
Weather conditions Acts of God, Riot and Political unrest / Industrial
Disputes, war or any other events beyond our control.
- LIABILITY:
Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid by
you to us for your holiday.
- FISHERY
RULES: All persons agree to abide by the fishery rules; copies
available on request.
- TERMINATION:
We reserve the right to Terminate immediately the services that
we are contractually obliged to provide you if we or our employees or
our transport agents consider your behavior likely to cause
unacceptable annoyance or harm to any other persons or damage to fish
or property.
- COMPLAINTS:
In the unlikely event that you or member of your party have a
complaint regarding your stay please advise our representative immediately.
- GOOD
CONDUCT BOND: There is a bond of 75 Euros to be paid on arrival which
will be refunded on departure.
- IF
A Log Cabin IS BOOKED, a further 100 Euros will be paid as a deposit
for breakages, or if the Log Cabin is left in an unreasonable state
of tidiness or cleanliness. This will be refunded pending an
investigation before your departure.
- A
DEPOSIT/BOND FOR TACKLE HIRE will be required in case of damages or
breakages to hired tackle, this is 100 euros, this will be refunded on
your departure subject to no damage or breakages to the hired tackle.
- If you are hiring tackle we
DO
NOT supply reels and alarms within the package. Reels and alarms can be hired separately
at an extra cost of €10 (Euros) for each reel and €10 (Euros) for each
alarm.
- ALL
DAMAGES OR BREAKAGES must be paid for or replaced before you leave.
- THE
Log Cabin MUST be kept in a reasonable state of tidiness and
cleanliness at all times.
- FLIGHTS with RyanAir or FlyBee. Bookings
with flights will be subject to
the RyanAir and FlyBee terms and conditions. Francecarp Ltd accepts no
responsibility for the services offered by RyanAir and FlyBee or their
agents. Any changes or additions to the basic flight prices will be
charged to you at the airlines current rates.
- FLIGHT fuel or
tax surcharges may apply on some flights booked. An additional
surcharge may apply from Southampton
or on bank holidays. Any surcharge will be added to your overall
price. These surcharges will be communicated to you six weeks before
departure.
- AIRPORT
PICK UP if this service is used Francecarp do not guarantee the
timings of this service, we will endeavor to arrive at the airport in
plenty of time to catch the flight. However circumstances beyond our
control may occur from time to time, Francecarp therefore do not
accept any responsibility or liability for missed flights. Please note
at all times it is your responsibility to ensure you are at the
airport in time to catch the flight.
- ONE
GAS BOTTLE is provided free of charge. Further bottles are NOT
included, these can be purchased on site for 30 Euros for the large
bottles and 5 Euros for the small bottles.
- ARRIVAL
TIME
time for the lake or the accommodation is no earlier than 2 pm on the day of your
arrival. Departure time is no later than 11 pm on your departure day.
Subject to availability we can be flexible with these times, please
contact us to discuss your requierments.
- A
ROWING BOAT is on site for the sole use by anglers. This can be used
between the hours of 9am to 10am in the morning and 5pm to 6pm in the
evening. The boats are used at the anglers own risk, Francecarp Ltd or
it's representatives accept no responsibility or liability for any
accidents caused while using the rowing boats.
- THE
10% block booking discount only applies to the cost of the fishing. It
does not include any extras like, flights food, bait, tackle hire,
accommodation and pick up service.
